Ido holds 25+ years of experience in the hi-tech industry including a diverse range of technologies and architectures. He has extensive experience in top development positions in both small startups and large enterprise organizations. Ido spent 11 years of his career living in Boston, USA, where his three children were born. Ido holds a B.Sc. in Math and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Boston University. In his free time, Ido enjoys traveling with his family and friends as well as exploring new countries and cultures.
Lior has over 25 years of experience. Prior to Ravin, Lior was an accountant at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his time at EY, Lior focused on IT and technical projects involving Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), streamlining processes, building customer relationships, and improving the overall experience. Lior was also involved in large-scale projects focusing on Homeland Security and Cybersecurity during his time at the Israeli Parliament (Knesset). Lior is an avid hiker, has rappelled around the world, and has an eye for photography.
Dima is responsible for Ravin's Core Platform & Product Development, defining and strategizing Ravin's features. With over 18 years of experience, Dima's well-rounded background as a System Engineer, Programmer, and Product Manager allows for strong technological understanding & advancements. Prior to Ravin, Dima worked at Elbit, RAFAEL and KLA. Dima has BCs in Physics from the Technion.
Avital is a well-rounded marketer with 10 years of diverse experience in consumer goods, financial products, and technology startups. Avital’s expertise includes brand management, product development, content creation, and event management. She also has an extensive market research background with a strong grasp of both traditional and social media platforms. Avital loves traveling with her husband and two girls, running along the beaches of Tel Aviv, scouting out the best smoothie stands, or reading a good fictional novel.
Ron is no stranger to the Israeli start-up and hi-tech scene. Before joining Ravin, he founded his own company that focused on fitness membership. Before that, Ron managed product teams serving over 20 million users in the US telcom industry. More recently, he has led the R&D and product teams for a startup in the proptech space in Tel Aviv.
Neil has a broad range of experience building and scaling machine learning products in the automotive and transportation industries, working in both startup and enterprise environments. Prior to joining Ravin, he worked in a variety of product lead roles, specifically working on machine learning products in the transportation and logistics space, while working for Shell’s Digital Ventures unit. He prides himself on working closely with design, engineering, and data science to create AI products that delight customers. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, and Management from Oxford University.
Olga (Olya) started her career in QA in 2014 as a QA engineer at Global Mediator before making her way to Ravin. Today her passions include software life cycle, waterfall, SCRUM, and the bug life cycle. Olga has a degree in Linguistics from the Kyiv Linguistique University and worked as a technical English teacher at Kyiv Polytechnic University before entering the IT industry. Olga and her husband live in Kyiv. They have two teenage daughters and a pedigree cat.
Alex (Sasha) Silver, or ‘Silver’ as we call him, is our lead automotive expert and the ‘car whisperer’ of the company. Silver knows everything about vehicles because he started his career building them. Over time he became one of the top auto inspectors nationally having supervised the entire mechanic team for a leading OEM aftermarket group in Israel. Today, Silver oversees a team of automotive analysts that help train our artificial intelligence about car defects and continuously builds layers of intelligence into Ravin’s solutions.
Anton has worked in the engineering space for over 15 years, with experience at companies such as Intel and Bright Innovations Ltd. together with micro-startups (including his own stint as an entrepreneur). His areas of expertise include microelectronics, biology, cloud computing, and IoT systems. Anton holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Bioinformatics from the Technion.
Igor has over 20 years of experience in hi-tech including experience in QA, IT, DevOps, and backend development. Before joining Ravin, Igor held various positions at Toluna, including being a team leader, software engineer, release manager, and production service engineer. He holds a BA in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Haifa. Igor is a proud father of three and has many hobbies including karate (black belt!), motorbikes and cars, cooking, and traveling with his family to exotic countries.
Sanya (or Alex if you’d like) leads Ravin’s front-end team and works closely with Ravin’s product and UX teams to ensure a fantastic experience for users around the world. His experience includes working for companies such as Stratyfy, as well as, consultant work building customer-facing solutions and developing CRM systems. At Ravin he oversees the development of both our mobile app and web dashboards, integrating with the backend systems and coordinating with our algorithms team. Sanya’s hobbies include race driving and his notorious affinity for certain auto brands remains a subject of debate within the company.
Sergey is our undisputed SCRUM leader, specializing in software analysis, requirement gathering, software testing, and more. Originally trained as an accountant, Sergey quickly found his way into software and building fast-growing quality assurance organizations. His 20+ years of experience includes working for Edocs, Flextronics, Celenia, and Global Mediator in software engineering and QA roles. He oversees a team of QA and software delivery professionals adhering to Ravin customer’s strict requirements. He lives with his wife, loves cooking, and Scandinavian walking in his spare time.

Prior to that, Eliron served as the CEO of FarePilot.com, a startup using machine learning to help taxi and Uber drivers find their next passenger by predicting demand patterns in local areas. Eliron has an MBA from London Business School and is the proud father of 2 boys and one adorable girl.

Alex has a PhD in Physics and enjoys table tennis, light banter, and the occasional scotch whiskey.
