Main responsibilities:
● a Project Manager will play a major part in both pre-sale and post-sale
processes.

Main responsibilities:
● Broad customer support role ranging from onboarding and training to 1st
and 2nd line of technical support of new and existing customers to help
them get most value from our products.
● General support case management: logging, prioritization, troubleshooting,

learning.
● Checking the AI algorithm's output to ensure its proper education by reviewing
the results of image processing.

Main responsibilities: 

● We’re looking for someone who has a very strong UX background but also has a good eye for interface designs and can carry out user research. ● You will be expected to take ownership of the design output for Ravin’s mobile web application and desktop software. 

● You will be working closely with customers, product management, and business development to validate your thinking and optimise Ravin’s tools to different use cases.

Skills and experience: 

● You must have proven experience designing complex software products (5 years minimum of design experience), working with dev teams to build them and then shipping them to real users. You should have seen multiple products / features through the full build lifecycle, from discovery to production. 

● You must have excellent communication skills and can articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. You should be highly collaborative and should enjoy working in a close-knit team. 

● You should be comfortable working in a startup environment where change is constant and progress is rapid. What You'll Do
